Membership is available to Family Offices and Ultra High-Net-Worth Investors, small and mid-cap Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Private Banks, and FX Brokers from EMEA, LATAM, Asia, and North America. While the club inspires trust among its members, deals between them are strongly encouraged, and facilitated in a cost-effective manner.

 

Members can invest in each other, use each other's services and/or co-invest in opportunities presented to the club by carefully selected non-member investees who meet our members' criteria.

Unlike other clubs, which tend to present a stream of unjustified deals to their members, we take a needs-based approach. This means that, as a first step in membership, each member is thoroughly profiled in order to examine the member's attitude toward risk, preferred sector, and time horizon for the deal sought. We have a no profile, no membership policy to ensure that we deliver truly personalised services and convey opportunities whose risk has been matched to our members' risk profile.

 

Our mission is to provide a high-profile deal-making communication and information exchange platform, where Decision Makers will directly interact with their peers. The club meets officially four times a year, while socially we tend to meet a lot more often.
